Cocrystals of Cefixime with Nicotinamide: Improved Solubility, Dissolution, and Permeability

Cefixime is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic with poor solubility and permeability. The aim was to compared between Dry Grinding (DG) Liquid-Assisted (LAG) methods formed cocrystal of cefixime nicotinamide.
